In November 2013,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the idea of precise poverty alleviation on the inspection of the eighteen hole village in Xiangxi,Hunan,and made clear the poverty alleviation of all the poor in 2020.In a series of poverty alleviation ideas proposed in the follow-up,general secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the importance of education and poverty,"poverty alleviation precise force is the key to realize education first,education poverty in poverty alleviation precise basic,key and leading role",from which we can see the importance of precise poverty poverty alleviation in education in the system of.Subsequently,the Ministry of Education issued the "opinions on the targeted poverty alleviation work in directly affiliated colleges and universities" in 2016,and mobilized higher education institutions to join the army of precision poverty alleviation.Institutions of higher learning,as the most concentrated resources of talents in the whole society,should shoulder their responsibilities in precise poverty alleviation and contribute to building a well-off society in an all-round way.In this paper,colleges and universities to participate in the precise poverty of this subject to the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of Z University,helping the institutions directly under the Wuling Mountain Area as an example,trying to value and path of universities involved in the precise poverty from Z University participate in the practice of the precise poverty,promote research related topics.The introduction part of this article describes the origin of the topic,the significance of the research,the status of the research,the main research content,the innovation point and the method of research.The first chapter is the outline of poverty alleviation in China,mainly from the development process of poverty alleviation in China,the significance of colleges and Universities Participating in the precise poverty alleviation,the advantages of Universities Participating in the precise poverty alleviation and the mode of College participation in the precise poverty alleviation.The second chapter introduces the practice of Z University in Wuling mountain area poverty alleviation precise,first introduced the current situation of poverty in Wuling mountain area,followed by the Z University in Wuling mountain area poverty alleviation precise practice with writing,introduced the related poverty alleviation project.The third chapter is the effect and experience of Z University participation in precision poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter is to combine the problems existing in the precise poverty alleviation work of Z University,summarize the difficulties of University's participation in precision poverty alleviation,and put forward corresponding path optimization.
