K College,as a private independent college in Jiangsu Province for 20 years,is an important part of the higher education system.Based on the fact that K College is facing the random inspection and evaluation of the professional construction of Jiangsu Independent College,from the perspective of the employer's demand for talents and the supply status of college talent training,the degree of matching between the post competence of economic management students and the employer is investigated.Research on the Problems Existing in the Cultivation of Competence for Applied Talents.This article reviews the literature on the research of talent training and job competency application at home and abroad,systematically sorts out basic theories such as human capital theory,talent training model,and competency model,and aims at the current status of personnel training in economics and management professionals in employers and universities.Preliminary construction of the post competency model of economics and management students,on the basis of which a questionnaire survey was designed,statistical analysis was conducted from two perspectives of the employer's demand side and the university's economics and management professional training and supply side,and SPSS analysis software was used for reliability 3.Validity analysis,and compares the difference between college talent supply side and enterprise talent demand side,analyzes the difference of each factor.Through the investigation,the main problems of the post competence training of K college students are found,and the reasons for these problems are sorted out and analyzed.Combining the actual situation with theoretical knowledge,it puts forward suggestions for improving the quality of post-competence training of K-Management students: increase the cooperation between schools and enterprises oriented to the needs of employers,and clarify the post-competence training of K-Management Objectives,formulate market-oriented training programs for economics and management students,and improve the comprehensive quality of applied economics and management students.
