Basic education responsibility for the country's future development and prosperity,carrying a revival of Chinese dream of hope,a matter of China's education from the country to the power of education change,today,the development of compulsory education has made historic achievements,but the rural compulsory education,is still short board of equalization of compulsory education,especially is the current process of urbanization in the process of recommendation,population distribution and life style have undergone tremendous changes,a large number of rural population flow into cities and towns,rural areas caused by shortage of students,the town center school overcrowding in rural areas,there are a lot of small scale schools,resources integration is imperative.This paper takes the rural compulsory education school in Changqing District of Ji'nan as the research object,and analyzes the current status of educational resources distribution,educational investment,teacher team construction,resource integration education mode and campus safety.The study found that Changqing area exists in the allocation of educational resources of students a sharp decline in distribution of educational resources caused by the imbalance of education funding and expenditure is unreasonable,unbalanced distribution of teachers,teachers need to be improved,lack of campus security resources,management mechanism is not perfect;at the same time,the rural family education cost increase,pay attention to the problem of insufficient left-behind children so,in particular in the process of informationization of education,rural compulsory education has become the end of the development of education informationization,informationization education advancing slowly.Through the analysis of the existing problems and the situation of the education practice in the Changqing District,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions and measures for the integration of rural compulsory education resources.First of all,from the policy level,we put forward that we should optimize the layout of rural education and optimize the running of schools.Secondly,from the investment level,we should pay attention to the investment and distribution of compulsory education in rural areas,and establish a scientific fund management mechanism.Thirdly,from the following principles of education and teacher orientation,it is put forward that we should strengthen the construction of rural teachers and improve the professional level of teachers.Finally,safety is the guarantee of all teaching activities,and we need to increase investment in campus safety and eliminate hidden dangers in campus safety.In addition to the above policies and recommendations,I believe that the construction of information education is the only way to integrate rural educational resources and realize the sharing of high-quality educational resources,and it is also the weakest link at present.Therefore,this article lists the information construction of rural compulsory education separately,as the innovation point of this article.We hope to do a little bit for the integration of rural education resources.
