The "Experimental Program for the Training of Top Students in Basic Subject" has been implemented since 2009 and will enters the 2.0 stage soon.One of its main tasks in the next five years is to cultivate and improve students' comprehensive quality.In order to cultivate the comprehensive quality of "top students ",C school of L university,specially developed the comprehensive quality course as the main training method,with certain novelty.The research on the cultivation method of the comprehensive quality of "top students" is helpful to promote the optimization and improvement of the cultivation method,so as to develop and improve the comprehensive quality of the students more effectively in the 2.0 stage.This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,has carried on the investigation to comprehensive quality curriculum basic establishment,the implementation situation and the student's curriculum satisfaction of the L university school of C.The following conclusions are obtained: 1.As a kind of cultivation method,the comprehensive quality course has certain advantages and functions:(1)The establishment of the degree provides a boost to the positive development of students.(2)extracurricular activities relieve stress and inspire learning inspiration.(3)comprehensive requirements break through restrictions and explore individual possibilities.(4)group activities promote communication and strengthen students' communication and cooperation.(5)active participation in benefiting the college to enhance vitality and competitiveness.2.There are still some problems in the setting and implementation of the comprehensive quality course,the students' evaluation is not very good:(1)the overall recognition of the curriculum is lack,some students' attitude is negative.(2)the structure of the course is a little complicated,the compulsory curriculum is more.(3)the content of the course is not deepened enough,and the substantive harvest is less.(4)the implementation process is less fair and thecertification process is slightly cumbersome.In view of the above research results,this study puts forward the corresponding discussion and suggestions:(1)strengthen the course introduction,reverse the inherent idea and improve the students' identity.(2)reduce the course grading,adjust the proportion of elective courses and insist on the interest orientation.(3)deepen the course content,improve the course requirements and ensure the harvest effectively.(4)ensure the process fairness,optimize the certification process and develop the certification platform.(5)strengthen the learning and communication,improve the quality of the course,popularize and promote properly.
