Case Study To Alleviate The Job Burnout Of Rural Private Kindergarten Teachers

With the public's more and more attention to early childhood education,the industry of early childhood teachers is also more and more concerned by people,and early childhood teachers in their own career will encounter various problems,and then have a certain impact on their own career,and even cause job burnout.In the teacher industry,preschool teachers have a certain proportion,and the state of preschool teachers directly affects the growth and development of children,so the research on this topic is very necessary.This paper uses the social support theory as the main theoretical support,through the way of carrying out case work to carry out professional intervention for rural preschool teachers,in-depth analysis of the causes behind the burnout of rural preschool teachers.Through data collection,on-the-spot interview and case work,it is found that the job burnout of private kindergarten teachers mainly comes from three aspects: self,family and society,which is mainly manifested in the increase of professional pressure,the decrease of personal achievement and the decline of work enthusiasm.Through the development of five case work and the improvement of the situation of the case owner after the completion of the case,it is also more clear that the preschool teachers with burnout need professional social workers to engage in professional social work,and it is necessary to carry out professional social work services to alleviate the burnout of Preschool Teachers.This paper combines the social support theory with the study of rural private kindergarten teachers' job burnout,and carries out case study.However,due to the focus of the case on one person,the conclusion may lack a certain degree of universality.Generally speaking,the research in this paper enriches the research level of social work and has certain innovation and application value.
