Research On The Value And Realization Mechanism Of Ecological Optimization Of Internet Opinion

With the development and popularization of Internet and mobile terminal technology picking the steam,cyberspace has developed the main platform for social information gathering and exchange.The information expression represented by Internet public opinion has promoted fairly active,and has a vital impact on the country's politics,economy,culture and other aspects.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the construction and development of the Internet,and has employed a series of measures to vigorously promote the strategic construction of the Internet power.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to develop and prosper the advanced socialist culture and gather the people's spiritual strength.One of the important steps is to improve the public opinion guidance work that adheres to the correct guidance,build the mainstream public opinion pattern,establish and improve the comprehensive networkgovernance system,comprehensively improve the network governance ability and create a clear network space.The ecological optimization of network public opinions is an essential part of the proposed network strategy,and it is the due significance of the construction and development of network social ideology and healthy and upward network culture.It is of vital significance to clarify the value and realization mechanism of the ecological optimization of network public opinions for improving the ecological environment of network public opinions and creating a clear network space.From the perspective of ideological and political education,this paper comprehensively employs the knowledge of value philosophy,ecology,network sociology and other disciplines,and uses literature research method and interdisciplinary research method.Guided by Marx's ideology theory,Xi Jinping's theory of network education,China's traditional culture and public opinion guidance,and environmental education,this paper summarizes and analyzes the connotation of the concepts of public opinion,network public opinion,network public opinion ecology,network public opinion ecology optimization and mechanism,etc.It also systematically analyzes the formation,characteristics and elements of the concepts of them from five aspects of political value,ideological value,educational value,moral value and development value,and analyzes the plights and causes of the realization of the value of network public opinion ecological optimization and erects the value realization mechanism of the ecological optimization of network public opinions.Specifically,the value realization mechanism of the ecological optimization of Internet public opinion should adhere to the value leading mechanism of Internet Ideological Education by persisting in the construction of Marxist ideology,actively practicing the theory of "three zones",perfecting the government participation mechanism of Internet public opinion,establishing a scientific and long-term public opinion guiding mechanism,standardizing the supervision mechanism of Internet public opinion,and constructing a scientific Internet public opinion intervention mechanism:by building a rich network of public opinion platform,strengthening the construction of professional team of network public opinion,increasing the investment of network public opinion resources,and paying attention to the ecological guarantee mechanism of network public opinion;by improving the supervision of laws and regulations of network public opinion,improving the supervision of network public opinion system,strengthening the supervision of network technology,and improving the supervision mechanism of network public opinion.
