Based On The Results Of The Social Work Service Project Evaluation Research

With the development of social work,social work service is concerned by all walks of life,but the evaluation of social work service is relatively slow,which has seriously affected the credibility of nonprofit organization and social work.It is found that the study of project evaluation abroad focuses on the evaluation of the effect and impact of social work intervention on the quality of life of the case-owners,while most of the project evaluation in China is still at a relatively shallow level.The evaluation of social work services currently carried out pays more attention to the results than to the process in terms of the evaluation method;in terms of the evaluation results,the emphasis is placed on quantitative indicators and the Impact of visualization is ignored;in terms of the evaluation impact,the emphasis is placed on cost-effectiveness,ignoring social and professional influences.In recent years,domestic scholars began to establish evaluation models to be used in project evaluation,but the number is relatively small and needs to be enriched.Therefore,the author based on the effectiveness-oriented,social work service project evaluation,select a community building project as a case study.In this study,the author applies the theory of program logic model to establish an evaluation model of "the multi-color-day interaction between you and me as a community-building project",social Work Service projects are evaluated from six levels,namely,situation analysis,resource input,service activities,theoretical basis,external environmental factors and service effectiveness,and under the guidance of Constructivist Paradigm Evaluation Theory,the results are obtained by analyzing the changes of individual,community,organization and society in Cognition,attitude,behavior and social benefit.Through the research of project evaluation,we find the impact of evaluation on Social Work Service Project,explore the existing problems,and put forward suggestions,so as to further enrich the application of project evaluation.
