Parents are the children's first teachers.Parents' pursuit of the education and quality affects the children's later setting of their educational goals.Parents' ideas about their children's learning greatly affect their children's understanding of school and schooling.The intensity and support of parents' support will subtly affect the child's attitude towards schooling,and affect the child's ideological and moral quality until the child's life pursue.It is of far-reaching significance to correct parents 'educational mentality and strengthen the ideological guidance of parents.This research is mainly based on questionnaire survey methods,comprehensively using literature research methods,interviews and field observation methods,focusing on the problems of parent education mentality in cognition,emotion,will,motivation and behavior,and the main factors affecting parent education mentality Conducted in-depth investigation and analysis,and explored countermeasures to help parents improve their educational mentality.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,we analyze in depth the problems of parental education mentality in remote areas.The author believes that,for the education of children,the educational mentality of parents in remote areas can be roughly divided into two kinds of situations: excessively positive and negative.Of course,it does not deny that a small number of parents can grasp the propriety of parenthood.Obviously,these two educational mentalities of parents are not conducive to the child's physical and mental development.An overly positive mentality of education tends to move towards utilitarianism,violates the laws of children's physical and mental development in their education,and eager to achieve success,so as to distort children's physical and mental development.Specifically,some parents are overly worried about their children's future flow to the upper classes of society,blindly follow the trend,invest in education far beyond the family's ability to afford,and report their children to various tuition classes.However,this situation is rare in remote mountain areas.Negativeeducation mentality tends to let the children's education be laissez-faire,does not meet the requirements of school education,and is not dedicated to children's daily growth education.The latter situation is more common in rural family education in remote mountainous areas we surveyed.The reasons for these inappropriate educational mentality problems of parents in remote mountainous areas are closely related to the parents' own cultural level,family economic status,negative sentiment of education in mountainous villages,and local government's implementation of educational policies.To eliminate parents 'bad mentality in education,we must not only start with the government's support for education in backward areas,start with the issue of children of migrant workers,but also work from the perspective of raising parents' own cultural level.Difficulties in basic education in rural areas,especially the shortcomings of rural education in poverty-stricken areas and remote mountainous areas,are related to the final victory of targeted poverty alleviation and to the overall level of national basic education development.To solve this problem,parental due diligence is an indispensable part.According to our survey results and analysis,to improve the mentality of parental education in remote areas,we tried to propose several improvement strategies: first,to improve the system Ensuring a policy for children of migrant children to enter the city,and minimizing children's staying in the countryside to receive education,which leads to a long-term neglect of parents and a habitual dependence on school teachers;Second,increase the strength of teachers in remote mountain schools,especially It is to improve salaries and basic living conditions,retain young teachers,enrich teachers to improve student education management,and at the same time strengthen parents' guidance in children's education activities,and help parents establish a good education mentality through home-school cooperation;Third,the state must increase support for basic education in remote mountainous areas,take advantage of the opportunities for the construction of beautiful villages and rural civilizations,andprovide parents with grass-roots autonomous organizations with educational guidance on their children's educational responsibilities,so as to improve parents' participation in children's education activities.Fourth,strengthen the propaganda of educational policies on parental education in remote mountainous areas,and make every effort to create a strong atmosphere in which families attach great importance to their children's education and take on their children's educational responsibilities.
