Study On The Service Of Children Who Live In Difficulties Due To Poverty,Disabilities Or Lack Of Custody From The Pattern Of The Linkage Of Social Workers And Volunteers

Children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody are a special group of children and an important part of socially vulnerable groups.They also need the attention and care of the country and society.In recent years,China's party and government at all levels have issued a number of relevant policies on the protection of children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody.At the same time,the academic community has also made a lot of related research.And children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody have received extensive attention.However,since all work is still in the exploratory and trial stage,the services for children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody have not yet formed a mature system,which still needs to be explored and studied.Social workers and volunteers,as the main providers of social services,have always played an important role in the service of children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody.With the establishment of a linkage mechanism between social work professionals and volunteers,social workers and volunteers have tried to provide services for children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody in the form of linkage services.In the service process,social workers make up for the lack of professionalism in volunteer services,while volunteers make up for the limitation of the number of social work professionals,achieving the effect of complementary advantages.The linkage between social workers and volunteers provides a new perspective for social workers to intervene in the service of children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody.Literature methods,semi-structured interview methods,participation observation methods and other research methods are used in this study.Taking the assistance project for children in difficulty carried out by the author as an intern in the H institution as an example,this study analyzes and studies the development of the service situation of children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody in the "the linkage of social workers and volunteers" of G Street in Hefei.First,the author analyzes the basic situation of children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody on G Street.And based on the perspective of social ecosystem theory,the author analyzes the causes of difficulties for children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody from the three aspects of micro system,meso system,and macro system.Secondly,this study expounds the role,status and close relationship between social workers and volunteers in the pattern of "the linkage of social workers and volunteers",and discusses the path of interaction between social workers and volunteers in the service of children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody in detail,and analyzes how "the linkage of social workers and volunteers" is linked from case work and community work.Thirdly,this study summarizes the effectiveness of using "the linkage of social workers and volunteers" to provide services for children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody and reflects on the shortcomings.Finally,this study puts forward some suggestions for the problem of the "the linkage of social workers and volunteers" pattern intervening in the service of children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody.That is,from the government level,the government should improve the relevant system of "the linkage of social workers and volunteers" in the service of children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody and establish a corresponding supervision system to ensure effectiveness of services for children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody;from the perspective of social organization,social work organizations should pay attention to the linkage between social workers and volunteers,establish relevant assessment and management systems to encourage linkage between social workers and volunteers,in addition,they can set up a joint organization of social workers and volunteers to promote linkage between the two sides;from social workers and volunteers,social workers and volunteers should enhance their own interaction and communication with each other,enhance their willingness to choose and improve resource integration.Social workers should use the "the linkage of social workers and volunteers" as the starting point for intervention when formulating service goals.In this way,we can not only provide diversified and high-quality services for children who live in difficulties due to poverty,disabilities or lack of custody,but also promote the development of social workers and volunteers' linkage policy to a certain extent.
