With the development of science and technology,network technology platform began to infiltrate into different areas,have been "Internet +" education play a huge role in the field of education teaching,enrich teaching contents,vivid teaching courseware,the highly effective personalized teaching methods,open teaching mode,control of students learning process and learning anytime and anywhere,make real-time and interactive teaching feedback has become a reality.However,"Internet +" is only used in culture classes,but physical education teachers who have been attending classes outdoors for a long time seldom have access to "Internet +" education.So do physical education teachers not need to have access to "Internet +" education? The author thinks that: sports teacher,more need to constantly improve their professional development ability,to adapt to the development of The Times,to achieve the optimization of physical education teaching activities,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of physical education teaching,especially the sudden outbreak of "COVID-19",but also to the "Internet +" education in the sports section the necessity for classroom use.This article USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,in order to "Internet +" era of primary and middle school PE teachers' professional development as the research object,to sanmenxia lushi primary and secondary school physical education teachers,students,parents,as investigation object,the conjunction "COVID-19" epidemic "closed not suspended" during the online teaching background,find the "Internet +" time factors of primary and middle school PE teachers' professional development,and put forward the corresponding development countermeasure,the conclusion is as follows:1.Requirements for the professional development of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in the era of "Internet +"1.1 In the future,the school will increase network information technology in the f ield of physical education to improve the attraction of physical education.1.2 The combination of online and offline teaching mode can more attract students to actively participate in sports classroom activities.1.3 Parents' attention to students' health encourages PE teachers to improve their professional development ability.2.Main factors affecting the professional development of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in the era of "Internet +"2.1 teaching quality factors including the future curriculum guide through the network,the use of network technology in the sports practice courses,large network data not regular guidance to big recess,master students exercise effect,existing sports resources and network curriculum integration,add computer skills,teachers' professional development planning.2.2 Data analys is and Application Ability factor Network information technology can track students' exercise effect after class,analyze students' physical health,guide teachers to students' specific exercise prescription,process and research data of network information technology,and participate in professional development learning or training of information technology and network courses.2.3 Teacher
