Targeted poverty alleviation,education first;Poverty-alleviation by supporting education,vocational education first.To improve the intelligence before helping the poor,and to improve ignorance before treating poverty.Poverty-alleviation by supporting education has blocked the intergenerational transmission of poverty factors from the root causes,effectively stimulated the endogenous impetus of the poverty population to achieve the "blood-making" poverty alleviation.Compared with general education,vocational education takes employment as the main school-oriented orientation and is closer to social production practices.It has lower costs and quicker results which has a higher degree of fit with the poverty population's interests of the“early employment and early poverty alleviation”.Therefore,vigorously promoting poverty-alleviation by supporting vocational education become an important starting point for China to overcome poverty alleviation.However,at this stage,the efficiency of vocational education in poverty alleviation is low,and the effectiveness has not been fully released.On the basis of investigation and understanding of the current situation and problems of poverty-alleviation in vocational education,this study deeply analyzes the advantages and limitations of information technology in helping targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education.On this basis,it puts forward policy recommendations for using information technology to improve the efficiency of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education.Specifically,based on the previous literature analysis,this study combined questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews and other empirical research methods to summarize the mainly problems of poverty-alleviation by supporting vocational education in currently work,including weak sense of poverty alleviation,insufficient poverty alleviation ability,poverty alleviation effectiveness constraints and the misalignment of poverty relief needs.Information technology is a "double-edged sword",on the one hand,it can improve the pertinence,accessibility,and comprehensiveness of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education,while reducing energy consumption,ensuring quality,and improving the efficiency of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education;On the other hand,if you do not identify the misuse of information technology in the process of poverty-alleviation by supporting vocational education,it may be counterproductive and reduce the effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education.This study believes that the path of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education under the informatization background can be optimized from five aspects: analyze the characteristics of data and information to expand the poverty-recognition space;Innovate a multi-teaching paradigm to meet the needs of poverty alleviation;Optimize the information sharing platform to innovate the design of poverty reduction;Consolidate the cooperation of the Internet to restructure the poverty reduction mechanism;Online and offline ubiquitoustraining to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation;Improve the cost sharing mechanism to ensure fair education.The study is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the background,purpose,theoretical and practical application significance,the summary of the existing domestic and foreign literature,and research methods and frameworks;The second chapter defines the connotation of core concepts such as "targeted poverty alleviation","targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education",and "informatization",and explains and analyzes the theoretical basis of this study;The third chapter introduces the process and results of empirical research,analyzes the current situation and problems of poverty-alleviation by supporting vocational education;The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages and limitations of informatization to promote targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education;The fifth chapter puts forward the path optimization strategies of targeted poverty alleviation in vocational education under the background of informatization;The sixth chapter summarizes the full study.
