The development of kindergarten-oriented Curriculum is the purpose,and the establishment of learning organization is the means to realize the development of kindergarten based curriculum.Although kindergarten does not have the expectation of establishing a learning organization in the process of kindergarten based curriculum development,the construction of learning organization is a recessive positive function realized in the development of kindergarten based curriculum.Based on the research hypothesis that the quality of kindergarten-oriented Curriculum development is related to the structure of learning team in curriculum development,this study puts forward the following four questions: 1.how does the sample kindergarten learning team form on the basis of kindergarten-oriented Curriculum development? 2.What are the development stages of the construction of learning organization in sample garden? What are the changes and characteristics? 3.The relationship between kindergarten-oriented Curriculum development and learning organization construction? 4.What are the key factors to build a learning organization?This study takes the H preschool education group in Xihu District of Hangzhou as a case study.Based on the retrospective analysis of different stages in the course of H kindergarten-oriented Curriculum development and the collection of a large number of cases,and using the learning organization theory of "Five Disciplines" as the analysis framework,using the method of embedded case study,and on the basis of in-depth description and analysis of different cases of multiple secondary analysis units,the whole organizational structure system and its changes are analyzed.It is found that relying on the development of kindergarten-oriented Curriculum,H kindergarten has experienced the germination of learning team,district level support system promotes the construction of learning team system,forms the organizational structure of H kindergarten under the team system,and improves the mental model of teachers in team learning,which makes the learning team system move forward to learning organization.In the reflection on the process of learning organization construction in H kindergarten,this paper clarifies the relationship between the development of kindergarten-oriented Curriculum and the construction of learning organization,puts forward the theoretical model of learning organization construction,describes the changes and characteristics of learning organization construction in H kindergarten,and discovers the phenomenon of "burden transfer" in the construction of learning organization.In the process of kindergarten-oriented Curriculum development,the quality of teachers determines the quality of curriculum.Teachers are not only the main body of kindergarten-oriented Curriculum development and implementation,but also the fresh individuals of the organization.Through the improvement of teachers' mental model,kindergarten-oriented Curriculum development forms its function.Then,teachers with curriculum development ability release its function in the process of learning organization construction.Therefore,curriculum development should start from the "turn" of teachers.Effective kindergarten-oriented Curriculum comes from rethinking of curriculum concept,diversified curriculum establishment,and balanced arrangement of curriculum structure.In addition to thinking about the model of curriculum itself,it should also have a matching system to make the model sustainable.From the infiltration of school organizational boundary,the action of management serving teaching has been formed,which promotes the transformation of school from mechanical structure to organic structure.
