The evaluation on human resource performance is the kernel part ofhuman resource management (HRM), so it is very important forteaching staff of private universities to design and constitute a scientific,rational and perfect appraisal system on human instructor. According tothe current condition in teaching staff of private universities, this paperuses the theory of human resource and appraisal system, and analyzes thecurrent situation and problems in teaching staff of private universities. Atthe same time, based on the main problems and establishing the principleof indication system, the countermeasures which consummate themanagement of teaching staff from environment outside andencouragement inside are puts forward.Through the carding of literature on the theory of human resource,the theory of motivation and appraisal system, we can find some theoreticsignificances of the management in teaching staff of private universities.That is putting more attention on the effect of stimulus in themanagement of teaching staff of private universities and establishing theprinciple of indication system. In addition, systematic management isalso important. Based on these, the author analyzes the current situation,problems and the reasons in teaching staff of the private schools, anddiscusses the problems in appraisal system of human instructor.Combining with the rule of management in teaching staff of privateuniversities and the aim and the function of appraisal system on humaninstructor, the index system of appraisal system on human instructor is established. At the end of the paper, there is an example which set up aperformance evaluation system on 5 teachers in ZC, analyzing with themethod of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
