Research On The Constraining Factors And Promoting Strategies For The Construction Of First-rate Discipline Group In High-quality Industry Characteristic Universities

High-quality industry characteristics universities is one of the important strength in the construction of “first-rate university and first-rate discipline ”.Under the guidance of the “first-rate university and first-rate discipline” construction policy,and in accordance with the construction principle of “supporting the excellent,supporting the demand,supporting the special,and supporting the new”,The high-quality industry characteristics universities integrates the advantages of first-rate featured discipline,focuses on the objectives of cultivating top-notch innovative talents and building first-rate faculty,and is driven by specific tasks,with first-rate discipline as the core,the group of first-rate discipline should be set up,and the advantages of first-rate discipline should be brought into play to lead the development of related discipline,so as to boost the construction of world-rate discipline.The construction of first-rate discipline group is a systematic project.As a new mode of discipline organization,it inevitably faces many factors in the process of construction and development,which seriously hinders the construction and development of the first-rate discipline group.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out a comprehensive and detailed analysis of its construction constraints,accurately grasp all kinds of obstacles in the process of the construction of first-rate discipline group,and on this basis,put forward effective promotion strategies for the construction of first-rate discipline group,it is of great practical significance to improve the achievement degree of the construction goal of the first-rate discipline group and the satisfaction degree of the construction results of "first-rate university and first-rate discipline".This article takes high-quality industry characteristics universities as the research object,and takes the constraints and promotion strategies of first-rate discipline group as research questions.First,through the textual analysis of the "first-rate university and first-rate discipline" construction policy for high-quality industry characteristics universities,the cause,construction method,and construction characteristics of the first-rate discipline group in the context of the "first-rate university and first-rate discipline" construction are elaborated.Secondly,based on the text analysis,we apply the qualitative research method of grounded theory to explore the constraints of the construction of first-rate discipline in high-quality industry characteristics universities.The first is the national level,the lack of a policy environment and the vague strategic planning;the second is the institutional level,the lack of institutional guarantees,which makes its development lack of external motivation;the third is the level of the first-rate discipline,the internal ecological factors need to be optimized,making its development lack endogenous power.Finally,on the basis of fully considering the current status and constraints of the construction of first-rate discipline,and taking the ecosystem theory as the theoretical basis,the ecological governance strategy of the first-rate discipline is proposed,and corresponding safeguard measures are proposed.The paper has 8 figures,7 tables and 78 references.
