Since ancient times,education has always been carrying the important mission of national rejuvenation,so no matter what era,education has been attached great importance to by the state.Nowadays,the social development also puts forward higher requirements for all aspects of talent quality.In order to cultivate more high-quality talents that can promote social development,China is also constantly carrying out educational reform.Since entering the new era,our country adheres to the general goal of cultivating people by virtue,which pushes education work to the forefront of education work.As a key course to ensure the completion of the important task of cultivating people by virtue,ideological and political courses at all levels are also prepared to pay attention to and Reform constantly in the new era.Secondly,in the general high school ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition),there are also many detailed requirements for the ideological and political teaching reform in high school,which requires us to actively carry out all kinds of teaching activities and implement the cultivation of the core quality of students.Under such a reform background,the author pays attention to the sharing teaching proposed by Mr.Ren.The sharing teaching meets the requirements of the new curriculum standard,which coincides with the "eight unifications" proposed by Xi.Therefore,the author has started the teaching practice research.This paper consists of four parts,respectively,from the theoretical basis of shared teaching,practical cases,reflection and optimization strategies after practice.The first part is an overview of the theory of sharing teaching.Firstly,it defines the connotation of sharing teaching.Secondly,it sums up the theoretical basis of sharing teaching.It puts forward the significance of using sharing teaching in teaching.The second part starts with the practical research.First of all,it combines the ideological and political course and sharing teaching in senior high school,and puts forward the principles and objectives of using sharing teaching in the ideological and political course in senior high school.Secondly,it combs and grasps the basic operation links of the sharing teaching.Combined with the characteristics of the high school political course,it puts forward the links of the sharing teaching in the high school ideological and political course.In all the real cases,it selects the course "facing economic globalization" in the high school political compulsory one for demonstration,which lays the foundation for the later practice reflection.The third part,based on two months of practical research,analyzes the practical effect of sharing teaching in senior high school ideological and political courses,and puts forward the existing problems,including the lack of preparation before class for students,the lack of consideration for teachers' topic selection,the problem of "false" in class,the lack of organization in discussion and sharing,and the lack of summary and evaluation of teachers,All of these problems affect the enthusiasm of students' participation in class and the effectiveness of actual teaching.The comprehensive analysis of the causes of these problems mainly includes three aspects: the limitation of students' conditions,the lack of teachers' professional quality and training,and the imperfection of school security mechanism.In the fourth part,according to the problems and reasons in practice,we put forward the optimization strategy of sharing teaching applied to the ideological and political course in senior high school.In view of the problems of students,we should constantly improve students' attention to the ideological and political course,enhance students' learning ability,for teachers,we should constantly strengthen the training and exchange of teaching methods and other aspects,and improve their professional quality,In order to enhance the teaching effectiveness,we should further optimize the teaching process.Finally,we should strengthen the course construction,strengthen the teaching guarantee,to ensure the perfect integration of the sharing teaching and the high school thought class,improve the teaching effectiveness,and promote the achievement of the mathematics goal of thought and politics class.
