As a means to increase the score of entrance examination and promote the development of school physical education,physical education should be conducive to the realization of the goal of physical education curriculum.In order to realize the goal of physical education and health course,students need to achieve it through physical education study and exercise in school.It is necessary for Ganzhou middle school to make a comparison through Zhangzhou middle school,which has not yet implemented the physical education mark system in the middle school,so as to better understand the impact of physical education in the middle school on students to achieve the goal of physical education course Education curriculum reform and teachers' teaching work provide reference for improving the comprehensive quality of students.By using the methods of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,this paper takes Ganzhou and Zhangzhou junior high school students as the main objects of investigation,and discusses the current situation and existing problems of realizing the goal of physical education curriculum.The results are as follows:(1)in terms of sports participation,because Ganzhou middle school implements the physical examination in the middle school,the students have a high enthusiasm to participate in extracurricular physical exercises,more students often participate in physical exercises than Zhangzhou students,and Ganzhou students' strength,endurance and sensitivity are also better than Zhangzhou students,which to a certain extent shows that the physical examination in the middle school adds points to students' participation in sports The incentive effect of training.(2)in terms of mastering sports skills,as Zhangzhou city has not implemented the physical education mark system in the middle school entrance examination,the physical education teaching is implemented in accordance with the requirements of the physical education and health curriculum standards,the teaching content is rich and colorful,the students' learning and mastering sports skills are diversified,and the students in Ganzhou Cityhave a better understanding of the basic knowledge and skills of sports and competition rules.However,due to the sports mark system in the Middle School of Ganzhou City,the content of the examination is too single and one-sided,and the sports skills that need to be mastered have greater limitations,so Ganzhou students are not as good as Zhangzhou students in mastering the diversity of sports skills.(3)in terms of physical health,compared with the physical health standard test,the excellent rate and qualified rate of students in Ganzhou are higher than those in Zhangzhou.All of these have a certain relationship with the implementation of physical education in Ganzhou middle school,and the behavior of students participating in physical exercises in and out of class under the incentive effect of extra points.(4)in terms of mental health and social adaptation,students in Zhangzhou city have higher cognition,emotion and spirit of unity and cooperation in participating in physical learning and exercise than those in Ganzhou City.For example,from the perspective of cognition of participating in physical exercise,students in Zhangzhou city think that participating in physical exercise is mainly to improve physical and mental health,while most students in Ganzhou City think that it is mainly to add points for entrance examination ?
