Textbook is the most important teaching resource and the core carrier of subject teaching.The United States is at a leading level in the education of all countries in the world.On the other hand,Taiwan and the mainland are closely connected.The comparison and reference of textbooks among the three regions will be a useful way to promote the construction of textbooks.The thesis selected high school physics textbooks as the research object from the newly revised Sinan(SN)version of China,the Hanlin(HL)version of Taiwan,and the "Physics:Principles and Problems" of USA.By applying the methods of literature research,comparative research and text analysis,we compare and study the contents of electrostatics among the three textbooks from the macro arrangement structure to the micro important knowledge points,and analyze them from the perspective of the core literacy of physics.Integrating the high-quality text teaching resources of three textbooks,and exploring teaching materials that can effectively promote the core literacy of students' physical disciplines may provide valuable references for the writers.The study found,in terms of the arrangement structure,the knowledge content is basically similar,and the logical order of the knowledge content is the same.SN and USA versions have designed a variety of functional columns,while HL version has a small number of columns.Three textbooks all focus on the arrangement of charts,and they are equipped with scientific and contemporary physical photos.The pictures in the HL version are clear and elegant,and the schematics are precise and rigorous.In the experiment design,the USA version focuses on raising questions through experiments to encourage students to think,emphasizes the training of scientific methods,the guidance of inquiry process and the cultivation of scientific inquiry ability.In the setting of example questions,HL version connects the problem-solving procedure with concepts and corresponds to the exercises,which is favorable to students' understanding.For USA version,its structure is more thoroughly and diverse,and it is beneficial to improving students' ability to solve problems.SN and USA versions pay more attention to the cultivation of students' scientific attitude and responsibility in column design and experimental design.The three versions present the process of building physical knowledge,the SN version pays attention to the inherent logic of physics knowledge,which is conducive to the development of students' scientific thinking;the USA version concentrates the cognitive laws of students and cultivates students' ability to actively construct;the HL version attaches great importance to the evolution process,depth and breadth of the development of physical knowledge,which is advantageous to the formation of students' physics concepts.
