From the documents issued in China in recent years,it can be seen that various departments have gradually increased their emphasis on vocational training in vocational colleges.Under the guidance of policies,it is the trend of the future for China's vocational colleges to carry out industrial enterprise employee training.At present,although vocational colleges and universities in China have developed industrial enterprises for a long time,they have not yet formed a system and lack corresponding institutional guarantees.This study has studied the countermeasures of vocational colleges' training for industry-oriented enterprises.This paper first uses the literature method to sort out the domestic and foreign literature on vocational colleges and universities to carry out research on employee training in industry enterprises,to define the relevant concepts of vocational colleges and universities to train employees in industry enterprises,and to analyze the theoretical basis for vocational colleges to conduct training in industrial enterprises To provide theoretical and practical support for vocational schools' research on countermeasures for employee training in industry enterprises.Secondly,through case studies of the training of industry-oriented enterprise employees in three vocational colleges in China,to understand the development status,training structure,training process,and other aspects of the training of industry-oriented enterprises in vocational schools,and put forward the "government policy Lack of clear regulations and funding guarantees " " Industry enterprises are less enthusiastic in developing employee training " " Vocational institutions' vocational courses do not fit well with corporate needs " " The faculty and training conditions of vocational colleges are difficult to meet the needs of industrial enterprise staff training " The cause of the dilemma such as the imperfect construction of the training management evaluation system in vocational colleges.At the same time,it also uses the comparative research method to sort out the relevant experience of the Australian TAFE College and the American Community College in the development of industrial enterprise employee training.The summary of the enlightenment is "sound laws and regulations,sufficient investment," and "establishing a high-level full-time and part-time faculty team."
