Mountain bike is designed for off-road(hills,trails,wilderness sand and gravel road,etc.)designed for walking bike.1950 s,mountain biking appeared in France,and is gaining popularity in Europe.Today,mountain bike competitions in the international and domestic arena were vigorous.Although my mountain bike called dominance,but compared with the world's elite athletes still a big gap in Asia.Improve the level of sports mountain bike sports,bike from abroad must be based on the concept of training,successful experiences of elite athletes,training theory constructed for our athletes.In this paper,Wang Zhen preparing for the 17 th Asian Games training as a case,summarize,analyze and summarize its success,is designed to explore the training arrangements and laws mountain bike athletes,coaches provide the basis for scientific guidance training practice,but also for macro-control mountain bike athlete before competition to improve its ability to provide training load reference.In this paper,Wang Zhen preparing for the 17 th Asian Games training as the research object,through literature,case analysis,mathematical statistics,interviews of Wang Zhen training program,the training load,recovery training,training methods and means of research,Concluded as follow:1,Wang Zhen preparing for the Asian Games in a single-cycle dual-peak mode(two preparation period,two of the game,a recovery),which lasted 18 weeks total of126 days,of which 14 weeks of preparation,the race of three weeks,recovery 1 week.Great period mainly around Incheon Asian Games training arrangements,taking into account the National Mountain Bike Championships,and thus a single-cycle dual-peak mode,the first peak of the competitive state of having "the Game practice" in nature.2,Mountain Bike belong dominant physical stamina,training contents athletes arrangements focused on the development of physical ability.During Wang Zhen preparing for the Games to physical fitness,skills and competency-based special entry arrangements for the training content,including preparation of general physical training classes 25 times,accounting for 29.4%;41 special physical training courses,accounting for 48.2%;19 skills training courses,accounting for 22.4%;the game ofgeneral physical training class 1(8.3%);special physical training classes 10 times,accounting for 83.4%;skills training class 1(8.3%);convalescence general physical training classes three times,accounting for 50 %;specialized physical training Course2,accounting for 33.3%;skills training courses 1,accounting for 16.7%.Compared with other endurance events,Wang Zhen training session scheduled during preparing for the Games is reasonable.3,Training methods Wang Zhen preparing for the Games period by a continuous training method,repetitive training fat,interval training,competition training method.In the mountain bike training in both the preparation period,competition period or a sustained recovery throughout training method is a method of training,Wang Zhen in the game to use more of continuous training method and hybrid training method,in order to match the race of intermittent training method training based.General physical training means mainly 120 km highway,140 km,160km long distance training;special physical training means mainly mountainous ring training,speed training mountain climbing training exercise 180 km on the highway and a short distance;skills training used means there racecourse slip car,train around the lake.4,Wang Zhen in preparing for the load during the Games feature exhibits substantially inversely proportional to the load and the load strength of the relationship,from the preparation of the load to the recovery of a decreasing trend,while the load strength is showing an increasing trend,and significantly increase the amount of Zhou strengthening of weeks and weeks of intensive training,and finally to a significant reduction pre-match training.Wang Zhen in preparing for the Games during the load intensity roughly divided into the following range: the 60% maximum heart rate below 60%-84% of maximum heart rate,84%-90% of maximum heart rate more than 90% of the maximum heart rate,at different intervals choose not to load with training content,training time and assign different on different intervals.5,Wang Zhen recovery measures are training method recovery,nutrition and physiotherapy recover recovery.Training is the main means of recovery weeks training content arranged alternately load and daily nutrition supplement energy recovery by means of material,mainly carbohydrate supplement,vitamin and protein supplement these energy substances are reasonable three meals a day and duringexercise with supplements to achieve;medical and biological recovery taking traction means relaxation and massage treatment after exercise helps athletes nervous system,respiratory system,cardiovascular and muscle function recovery.Suggest:1,Mountain bike is endurance sports,the number of small game,single-cycle mode is recommended annual training arrangements,mainly through training to improve athletic ability to accumulate athletes.2,Development of mountain biking is relatively slow,yet forming theory to guide the training of athletes,coaches recommendation learn the successful experience of Wang Zhen conduct training,while the formation of set "training,research,recovery," as one of the coaching team together improving competition level mountain biking athletics in China.3,Due to my limited level of training study Asian Games Wang Zhen preparing not detailed enough,hope that more researchers continue to study further.
