At the beginning of this century,in the strategic plan for the development of Chinese tennis proposed by the National Tennis Management Center,the key strategy was to "focus on women's tennis events and break through the level of Chinese women's tennis doubles." This strategy was quickly achieved.China Female tennis players have achieved outstanding athletic performance in a series of international competitions.However,with the self-replacement law of athletes' sports careers and the changing level of international tennis competitions,how to maintain the success of Chinese women's tennis and the continuous supplement and development of Chinese women's tennis follow-up athletes has become a very important issue.Focus on the relevance of career planning to the group of female tennis retired athletes in my country,more people will pay attention to and participate in tennis,which will have positive practical significance.This article takes the Chinese female tennis retired athletes as the survey object,uses a variety of research methods,and focuses on actual interviews and investigations on different types of related research groups,and studies the related issues of the career planning and development of these groups before and after retirement.A series of discussions were launched,and the main conclusions are as follows:1.The survey of the types of occupations that Chinese female tennis players expect to be employed after retiring shows: The top three in order are: entering national institutions(mainly refers to the sports competent departments of the sports system,such as the General Administration of Sports or the provincial and municipal sports bureaus),Faculty and staff at all levels and types of schools and engaged in a sports coach position.2.A survey of the conditions that Chinese female tennis players pay attention to in their career choices after retirement.Among the condition factors that athletes pay attention to when choosing a job position,the first thing is whether the job matches the individual's talents,and then the job stability.The third condition of concern is the nature of the unit.And whether it meets the personal interests and hobbies and is best related to tennis ranks the second two in the professional choice.3.A good external environment will promote the career choices of Chinese female tennis players after retirement to a certain extent,and the improvement of the country's overall economic level will also have a vital impact.Establish a multi-support and auxiliary career planning system system with government,families,enterprises,institutions,schools,tennis teams,and social vocational training centers.The multi-party organizational systems coordinate with each other and play an overall auxiliary support role to better protect ourfemale tennis retired athletes Career re-layout,career support throughout the whole life course.
