Research On Career Planning And Countermeasures For New Female Teachers In Rural Primary Schools

With the development of rural revitalization,all sectors of society pay great attention to the quality of primary education in rural areas,and with the support of the state and all sectors of society,great changes have taken place in rural education.The first female teachers are an important part of the teachers in rural schools and an important participant in the revitalization of rural areas and the cause of basic education.The development of teachers' career is related to the construction of teachers' ranks,which is the premise of the development of school education,for which the author inspects the rural schools and studies the current situation of their career planning with the first female teachers in rural primary schools as the object.Through the literature method,questionnaire method and practical interview method,paper understands the current situation of career planning of first-time female teachers in rural primary schools,and finds that there are still many problems in career planning: First,teachers' personal learning ability planning is insufficient,lack of systematic career planning knowledge,resulting in insufficient career planning ability;Second,the loss of the number of students in schools is serious,resulting in the development of schools blocked,teachers lack of sense of professional stability,limiting teachers' career planning.Based on literature research and questionnaire survey and interview on the current situation of female teachers in rural primary schools,paper analyzes the reasons for the impact of teachers' career planning,and puts forward the improvement strategy on this basis.Furthermore,schools should establish and improve the support mechanism for first-time teachers in rural primary schools,carry out career planning training for new teachers to help improve the professional ability of first-time teachers,improve the welfare level of first-time teachers,pay attention to the working environment of firsttime teachers,and provide practical help for the characteristics of first-time female teachers.
