With the deepening development of education system reform,the importance of family education has become increasingly prominent.Promoting good home-school interaction and constructing a family-school common education model have become an inevitable trend in education development.However,in the process of actual interaction,there are many contradictions and conflicts between teachers and parents.The realization of equal dialogue,mutual understanding,mutual respect,democratic cooperation between home and school,and the promotion of new development of home-school interaction are common problems facing the education community at present.This paper,through literature research on both domestic and foreign communicative behavior theory and home-school interaction,finds that Habermas' communicative behavior theory has been widely used in teacher-student interactions,building good teacher-student relationships,guiding college ideological and political education,Regulating social order and other aspects,but less research on home-school interaction from the perspective of communicative behavior theory.Therefore,from the perspective of the theory of communicative behavior,this article expounds the guiding significance of Habermas' s communicative behavior theory to the home-school interaction.At this level,some teachers,parents,and students in three primary schools in Nanjing used questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current state of interaction between primary school and school.It was found that there was a lack of interaction between the home and school,and the practice process Problems such as low frequency,low effectiveness,one-sided content,and feedback and evaluation mechanisms need to be improved.This article attempts to introduce the theory of communicative behavior into the study of home-school interaction,and proposes strategies for optimizing home-school interaction,including establishing the correct home-school interaction concept,creating a harmonious home-school interaction,innovating the home-school interaction model,and improving the home-school interaction background.It provides guidance for promoting a good interactive relationship between schools and families,and is committed to achieving the rapid development of quality education in China.
