This paper mainly discusses the strategy transformation of Nokia Siemens Networks within mobile internet background. Since the establishment of the company, Nokia Siemens Networks has been on the edge of losing money. It’s urgent to undertake strategy transformation to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and improve profitability.The rapid development of mobile internet brings enormous business opportunities to telecom vendors, however, it also requires vendors to reduce the cost of equipment, provide full-service solutions, response rapidly to customer needs, competition will be more intense with in this industry. Under this background, this article analyzes the internal and external environment factors in detail, based on the current situation of the company. In the external environment analysis, the following method are used:the PEST analysis, five forces analysis of industry environment and competitor analysis; in the internal environment analysis, product line analysis is done using Boston matrix, at the same time, problems of organizational structure and enterprise culture conflicts are also introduced. Analysis of competitiveness is carried on, using SWOT method, including both internal and external factors.Based on strategy analysis, a "focus" strategy is raised, including the focus on customer, product line and region. Telecom operators will be the main customers; product line of mobile broadband, user experience management will be the leading business; as to the region, Japan, Korea, North America will be given higher priority, which has broad space for development. At the same time, advice to adjust the company organization structure and implement the human resources system is proposed in the paper.The analysis and proposal on the strategy transformation will be useful to help enterprise enhance the competitiveness and walk out of predicament. Meanwhile, it will also be a very good reference for the other competitors within telecom industry.
