Nearly 30 years,Henan has attracted a large number of inbound tourists because of its excellent tourism resources,and has achieved good results.However,with the changes in the tourism situation,the requirements of the tourist environment,the requirements of the tourist conditions and the demographic structure of the inbound tourists,the tourism behavior,the time and space structure of the tourism and so on have changed.In the "13th Five-Year" construction period,"The Belt and Road" construction will give our tourism industry a huge opportunity.As a big province of tourism resources,how to attract the interest of foreign tourists in new situation,meet the travel needs of international tourists will be a problem which needs to be settled in henan province tourism.Based on the tourism-related statistical data,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the inbound tourist market in Henan Province from the aspects of temporal and spatial structure,demographic characteristics,behavior characteristics and consumption situation,forecast and analyze the development of inbound tourism market in Henan Province,finally proposed the target of Henan inbound tourism market the development and countermeasures.In the time structure,Henan Province inbound tourism market is relatively stable,and showing an upward trend;In the spatial structure,Henan Province inbound tourism market is the main America,Japan,Korea,followed by Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan compatriots;in the demographic structure,sex structure in male tourists is dominant,the age structure of mainly middle — aged,occupational composition to commerce,professional and technical personnel mainly;in the mode of behavior,the purpose of tourism is mainly based on business activities and sightseeing tours,and the proportion of multiple trips is not high,inbound tourists in Henan are generally shorter residence time.In the tourism consumption,a larger proportion of basic tourism consumption.Regional orientation should be strengthening the inbound tourism in henan province(especially in northeast Asia)on the basis of the number of inbound tourists to promote European and American developed countries people's inbound tourism and cultivate other market to be developed.Target market segments should focus on the development of women,pay attention to the needs of women visitors,consolidate the young and middle-aged market,pay attention to the development of young people and the elderly market,enhance the development of the individual market,expand the development of business travel.Finally,Based on the strategy of 4p marketing mix,the paper puts forward the concrete strategy of developing the inbound tourist market of Henan Province from the aspects of product,price,channel and promotion,so as to promote the development of inbound tourism in Henan province.
