Land price is an important economic lever and value criteria of the land market.It is closely linked to the geographic location,social and economic development,infrastructure conditions,environmental conditions and other factors.The research of urban land price is divided into multiple scales according to the scope of the study area,and different distribution regulation of each scale have their characteristics.Therefore,it plays an important role for enriching the research theory and methods and making policy to explore spatial structure and distribution regulation of influence factors under different scales.This research is supported by the National Natural Science Fund Project "Study on the variation law of multi-scale urban land price"(2015?2018a,No.41471090),the Hebei Province Natural Science Fund Project "Study on Structure Optimization of regional land price system and the reasonable range"(2015?2017a,No.D2015205225)and Hebei Normal University Doctoral Program Foundation"Beijing-tianjin-hebei urban land price coordination development:spatial pattern,regional difference and influence mechanism"(2016-2018a,NO.L2016B14).It is taken China and Hebei province as an example as the research object of the national scale and provincial scale and based on the analysis on spatial distribution characteristic of land price in China and Hebei province,this paper chooses 12 factors of land price to build the GWR model to explore the similarities and differences between influence factors of the urban land price under different scales.The main conclusions are as follows:First,the spatial distribution features of urban land price under national and provincial scale are:There presents a trend of decline from the southeast coastal areas to northwest inland and northeast areas in China.And overall Characteristics of land price in Hebei province shows a layer structure decline from Langfang and Baoding district to surrounding area.There is a spacial continuity on distribution of land price.Second,in our country,the per capita disposable income and average wage of the worker have a great effect on land price of Neimenggu and northeast China.The northwest territories is affected greatly by the distance from the central city and per capita disposable income,and it's affected small by the land area and the amount of foreign capital.And distance from the central city?per capita disposable income?density of population and number of teachers have the greatest influence to the north China(expect Neimenggu province).Which impact the southeast of China best is the per unit GDP?urbanization rate and the amount of foreign capital.The south-west area of China is affected greatly by the number of households getting an Internet connection and density of highway,and it's affected small by the density of population and number of teachers.Third,in Hebei province,density of population?urbanization rate and the amount of foreign capital have the greatest influence on land price of surrounding Beijing-Tianjin area.The north of Hebei province is affected greatly by Distance from the central city?average wage of the worker?density of population?land area and density of highway.And the urbanization rate?number of teachers and Medicare number have the greatest impact on Cangzhou city and the surrounding area,per unit GDP?land area and density of highway took last place.Which influence central south area in Hebei best is per unit GDP and the number of households getting an Internet connection.Fourth,the main influence factors of land price are economic conditions and traffic conditions under the national scale,while it is locational conditions?population situation and potential of city under the provincial scale.The urban infrastructure construction condition has great impact on both national and provincial scale,and the smallest factors including urban size and foreign conditions.
