Research On Agricultural Land Transfer Problems And Related Policies In Dangtu County

In the process of social and economic development in our country,it is a basic state policy to protect and improve the efficiency of agricultural land resources.In rural contracted land complete approval after registration agencies,speed up farmland transfer,promote agricultural scale management,is a key way for the modern agricultural development,is also an important means to increase farmers' income.Therefore,it is important to discuss the main problem and its supporting policies of agricultural land circulation from the side of government and farmers.In Dangtu county in Anhui province as the research object,part of the county towns and more than 200 peasant households survey data analysis,summarizes the status of Dangtu county farmland conversion,main characteristics and main results.By peasant household survey data analysis of the current farmers willingness of farmland circulation,the results showed that most farmers have land circulation to non-agricultural income levels and households of farmers by the education level of farmland circulation will have important influence.Further research also found existing in the current farmland circulation of land ownership is not obvious,the instability of franchise,transfer contract management is not standard,practical problems such as transfer price difference is big.The main causes of these problems are the risk of farmland circulation,the imperfect system of agricultural socialization service,and the fact that some farmers still exist.Accordingly,to study and put forward in this paper through a sound system of farmland circulation of farmland changing market,cultivating the way such as acceleration of farmland circulation,and perfect the farmland property rights system,strengthening the construction of agricultural infrastructure and agricultural technology popularization and improvement of rural social security system and other supporting policies.
