Study On Evaluation And Temporal-spatial Variation Of Agricultural Land Use Efficiency For Ningyang County

Agricultural land is a complex system of nature, ecologic and social economics，also thebasis and material security of national economic development. People achieved the economic,social and ecological benefits of agricultural land in its use process. With the development ofeconomics, population growing and construction land occupation, etc, agricultural land isdeclining.Improving the efficiency of agricultural land to meet the increasing demand forfood, social and ecological security is a realistic choice of the national economic and socialdevelopment process. Therefore,strengthing the study of agricultural land efficiency and itstemporal and spatial changes is of great significance for full use of agricultural land resourcesand improving use efficiency and achieving the harmonious and sustainable development ofagricultural land. Present studies focus more on the agricultural land intensive use and less onagricultural land use efficiency; and mainly studies is static,analysis about the spatial andtemporal changes is little, and coordination degree is more scarce. Taking Ningyang county asobject, this study used PCA, delphi and evaluation of multiple factors methods to deeplyresearch agricultural land use economical,social,ecological and comprehensive efficiency andits temporal and spatial variation. Main contents and results are as follows:（1）Agricultural land use efficiency evaluation method：Agricultural land use is acomprehensive reflection of a variety of benefits, that is economic, social and ecologicalbenefits.On the basis of analysis on factors, taking comprehensive benefits as the targetlayer，this paper established index system including economic, social and ecological benefitsthree criteria layer，per unit grain yield, labor transfer index, and forest coverage etc. total24indicators.Studies put forward using PCA method to analysize economic, social andecological benefits respectively, combining with Delphi to make sure the comprehensiveefficiency. By using coordination degree model and the coefficient of variation method, thisstudy calculated coordination degree.（2）Evaluation of Ningyang agricultural land use efficiency and temporal changes. Thispaper evaluated the the Ningyang2001-2010agricultural land use efficiency,and analysizechanges.Results show that：during year2001-2010，Ningyang county’s economical, social andecological benefits reach lowest in2002,and economical and ecological benefits reach a shortdrop stage and a relatively stable stage respectively at year2006and2007, but the overalltrend became better year by year.Comprehensive benefits and coordination degree variyrespectively from-2.9997To3.6942and from0to0.9946. Comprehensive benefits,coordination degree and economic, social and ecological benefits vary at the same trend，and all in2002reached the lowest. Ningyang agricultural land use efficiency and coordinationdegree in2001-2010increased year by year overall, it shows Ningyang county agriculturalland use efficiency is increasing.Reason of lowest value happens in2001-2002is that naturaldisasters and other factors making the output low.（3）Evaluation of Ningyang towns of agricultural land use benefit evaluation and spatialvariation:Taking12towns as the basic unit,this study evaluating each town’s agricultural landuse efficiency in2010.Results show that12towns ecological and social values changesgreatly while economic benefits values change small. Comprehensive benefits value variedfrom-1.1662to1.0875, Ciyao and Fushan reached the lowest and largest.Coordination of thetowns changed between0.1729-0.7350, Ningyang is the lowest, ciyao and Huafeng followedin uncoordinated and inconsistent level,Xiangyin town,Fushan,Geshi,Gangcheng,Dongzhuang and Dongshu etc.6towns in a more coordinatedstate,Jiangji,Sidian,and Heshan in a basic coordination degree, there was no towns reaching ahigh coordination degree in the area. The trend of coordination degree and the overallefficiency line was basically the same.Evaluation of agricultural land use efficiency is an important part of land evaluation, theresults are of great scientific significance to enrich and improve the land evaluation theoryand methods, it also have practical significance to improve Ningyang agricultural land useefficiency and promote agricultural land coordinated use.
