In today's era,competition among enterprises is essentially a struggle for the market.This is especially true for the FMCG industry,where employees,especially sales associates,play a decisive role in this battle.As a very important part of the management system,performance management is an important means to guide employee behavior and stimulate employee creativity.Therefore,designing and constructing a salesperson performance management system is an important way to improve the overall performance of the company and achieve sustainable development.After analyzing the relevant theories and industry backgrounds,this paper affirms the correctness of MN Ice Products Beijing's selection of balanced scorecards as employee performance management tools,and finds out the problems in the implementation of its employee performance management system and analyzes them.After that,based on the company's development strategy and the characteristics of employees in the fast-moving consumer goods industry,this paper uses the performance management method combining Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to select indicators from four dimensions,index weight setting,etc.In this paper,the performance management system of MN Ice Products in Beijing was improved.Finally,the problems that may arise during the improvement process were analyzed.Some safeguard measures were put forward,and the conclusions and prospects of this paper were obtained.In the research process,on the one hand,give full play to the advantages of balanced scorecard technology in achieving the balance between financial indicators and non-financial indicators,short-term interests and long-term interests of enterprises,based on the overall framework of BSC design performance management system,refining key success factors;On the other hand,combined with the advantages of AHP in decomposing and quantifying indicators,the performance management index system of different positions of MN ice products in Beijing area with BSC as the core was established.Optimizing the performance management system can not only improve the enthusiasm of the sales staff,but also benefit the long-term development of the company,further enrich the enterprise performance management theory,and the research results have certain reference value for the performance management of similar enterprise sales personnel.
