The Research Of Health Characteristic Towns In Zhejiang Province

In the context of the supply-side structural reform,Zhejiang proposed to create a new strategy of characteristic towns,as a new engine of transformational development and a new carrier of structural reform of the supply side,and set off a high tide of construction of small towns throughout the country,becoming a new business card to spread the fruits of Zhejiang's economic and social development.Through consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,refining the background and the process of the small town in Zhejiang province,and carrying on the preliminary definition and connotation mining of the characteristic town in Zhejiang province.Combined with the experience in establishing the office of leading group in Fuyang fuchun drug valley town,summarized the establishment process of Fuyang fuchun drug valley town which belonging to health category,including the preparation of early declaration,the guarantee of daily coordination mechanism,the guarantee of project promotion,and the characteristics and innovation factors of the town.Although the construction of the small town in Zhejiang province is very effective in beginning,but some common problems have been exposed during the construction process.Combining with the creation of the Fuyang fuchun drug valley town,the main problems are summarized as follows:firstly,project was carry forward difficult and slow since the land is restricted;Secondly,the planning research is not thorough enough,and the project construction is changed greatly;Thirdly,pay attention to construction lack service,project function integration is weak.The causes of the analysis are as follows:firstly,the accumulation of service mechanism in small towns is insufficient and the change of government function is not timely;Secondly,the characteristics of the small town features are not deep understanding,the government support is not enough;Thirdly,the future development of the characteristic town is not enough,the government expects to set unreasonable.Fourth,the problem of assess criteria.In the face of the problems,combined with foreign experience,three countermeasures are proposed:first,the construction of small towns with special characteristics in Zhejiang province;Second,we should optimize the town planning and factor security based on people-oriented;Third,give the town more autonomy and market flexibility.Combining with the development trend,this paper depicts the construction vision of the small town in Zhejiang province,and emphasizes the importance of brand construction.Through the introduction of the small town in Zhejiang province,this paper analyzes the process,problems and countermeasures in the practice of Fuyang fuchun drug valley town,and provides beneficial enlightenment for the construction of the health small town in Zhejiang province and even the small town in the whole country.
