Supply side reform is an important means of the transformation and upgrading of China's industry under the new norm,the real estate market after a 2008 regulation present the trend of steady growth,however,the traditional real estate market is a serious challenge.Characteristics of small town construction is an important means of transformation and upgrading of the real estate market,self-help,differentiation,more high-end products and comprehensive orientation,makes the characteristic town each real estate development enterprises into objects.But characteristic town market marketing behavior research is still in its infancy,the related research results are reported,and as a result,it is necessary to carry out in view of the characteristic town of marketing research,build characteristic town marketing performance evaluation system.Based on L company Xiamen Taolichunfeng town as research object,based on the STP marketing,4 p and 4 c theory basis,through the PEST and SWOT analysis method,the town of marketing strategy are given,and the marketing strategy was carried out on the basis of practice.This paper established the evaluation characteristic town marketing performance method and evaluation system,based on the analysis of the rating process,gives the characteristic town late marketing measures and Suggestions for improvement.In this paper,the research on establishing characteristic town project marketing strategy and system has application value.
