factor set,weight set and comment set of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are constructed and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix is established.Through the first-level,the second-level and third-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the financing risk level of the urban underground integrated corridor project in Zhengding New District of Shijiazhuang is calculated and the evaluation result is more objective.According to the case of financing risk,author puts forward a series of targeted and innovative financing risk management advice.So as to avoid and prevent the risk of financing and reduce the loss to the greatest extent in our city underground pipe gallery under the PPP mode.
