With the widespread use of electronic products in production and life,a large number of discarded electronic products cannot be effectively treated,resulting in waste of resources and polluting the ecological environment.The country proposes to build a resource-saving society and an environment-friendly target,which requires effective recycling of used electronic products.Recycling and reprocessing is one of the means that has proved to be effective after practice in some developed countries.It can effectively realize the reuse of waste products,put it back on the market,and achieve the recycling of resources.Recycling and reprocessing technologies involve bidirectional logistics in closed-loop supply chains.In the supply chain system,due to the different locations and division of labor of each member,each member has its own private information,and thus forms a certain information advantage.The relatively confidential nature of information will result in the reduction and inconsistency of the overall performance of the supply chain system,and the interests of all members cannot be maximized.Printed circuit board(PCB)is a basic electronic device,which is widely used and has a large number of scrapped.Therefore,this article regards its related products as the object of recovery and reprocessing.For this reason,this paper constructs a closed-loop supply chain consisting of PCB product manufacturers,PCB product retailers,and consumers.The selected retailer is responsible for recycling and uses Stackelberg game to study the information sharing value.The manufacturer was set up to produce two grades of PCB products.Recycled used products can be re-manufactured at the same level,or high-grade waste products can be reprocessed into low-grade products and flow into the market.The remanufacturing utilisation rates of the two waste products are used as proprietary information for the manufacturer,which the retailer needs to estimate and then make a pricing decision.The centralized decision model under information sharing,the decentralized decision model under information sharing,and the information non-sharing model were solved separately using inverse induction.The results show that the overall profit of the centralized supply chain under decision-sharing is the largest,and the overall profit of the decentralized decision is lower than that of the centralized decision-making.Therefore,a cooperation mechanism is designed to coordinate the supply chain to achieve centralized decision-making.Overall performance level.Under the condition that information is not shared,PCB product retailers need to estimate the manufacturer's two types of remanufacturing effective utilization.If both effective utilization rates are overestimated,manufacturers will not share relevant information if both are underestimated.Manufacturers will actively choose to share private information.When retailers overestimate and underestimate the effective utilization ratio,they need to make judgments based on the actual situation and make decisions;for retailers,the impact of information sharing on themselves is Contrary to the manufacturer.Finally,use specific numerical construction examples to verify the relevant conclusions and enrich the research in related fields.
