Suzhou Small And Medium Enterprises Cross-border E-commerce Export Development Research

With the rapid development of global informatization and networking,cross-border e-commerce has become a new model for China's foreign trade development.As one of China's comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce,Suzhou has developed e-commerce and export-oriented economy and has a good environment for development.With the traditional competitive advantage gradually weakening,the cross-border e-commerce export has become an important way for the transformation and upgrading of SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises)in Suzhou.At present,the scale of cross-border e-commerce exports by SMEs in Suzhou continues to expand,and the direction of industrial agglomeration is clearly developing.The B2 C business is on the rise.Under this background,through the SWOT analysis on the development of cross-border e-commerce exports by SMEs in Suzhou,this paper finds that Suzhou's SMEs have formed a distinct local industrial export advantage through the past developed local characteristic industries and the flourishing secondary industry foundation.In addition,with the Suzhou government's strong support at the policy level,the maturing "Internet +" and third-party platforms,coupled with a good traditional logistics base,facing the huge potential of the global market,Suzhou SMEs cross-border e-commerce export development has broad prospects.However,with the intensification of e-commerce trade competition,increasing market resistance and inadequate service guarantees,coupled with the shortage of talents,weak brands,and outstanding credit problems,the development of cross-border e-commerce exports in Suzhou is quite difficult.In view of the above analysis,this paper proposes that governments and enterprises should cooperate closely,seize the opportunity to unite the "Internet +" giant,give full play to Suzhou's regional technological advantages,enrich marketing methods,improve personnel training system,actively innovate,and strive through the effective guidance of the government to bring into play the agglomeration effect.And under a sound service security system,SMEs will be provided with a favorable environment for development and the development of cross-border e-commerce exports will be promoted.Based on literature review both at home and abroad,this paper uses data analysis and investigation methods,combines supply chain management theory and smile curve theory to analyze the development of cross-border e-commerce exports in Suzhou SMEs,and proposes corresponding solutions to give directions to SMEs.
