Research On The Development Path Of National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone

This paper takes the national independent innovation demonstration area as the research object,and carries out a systematic research on the development path of the national independent innovation demonstration zone under the background of promoting independent innovation,industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as deepening the implementation of innovation driven development strategy,and building a world scientific and technological power.The view of the development path of the National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone,which is constructed by the paper,will play an important leading,radiating and driving role in improving the institutional mechanism of scientific and technological innovation,accelerating the development of strategic emerging industries,promoting the development of innovation driven development,and speeding up the transformation of the economic development mode.When this paper studies the development path of the national independent innovation demonstration area,firstly study the background,purpose and significance,as well as the development status at home and abroad are studied,analyze the related factors that affect the future development of the demonstration area.The SPSS software is used to estimate the innovation ability of the demonstration area by principal component analysis and factor analysis.According to the evaluation scores of innovation capability shown in the calculation results,we can macroscopically classify the demonstration area.Finally,according to the classification of the innovation ability of the demonstration area,we design the path of the national independent innovation demonstration area.There are three modes of independent innovation and development path,which are the path of multi-cycle independent innovation and development,the two core to promote the independent innovation and development path and the independent innovation development path based on the supply side reform.The purpose of this paper is to construct the regional innovation system,to accelerate the integration of various resources in the demonstration area,to give full play to the overall effectiveness of regional innovation,to enhance the ability of innovation and the first try of innovation policy to stimulate regional innovation potential and release the potential of innovation.According to the city group formed by each demonstration area,we should create innovation group,highlight the construction of talent team,and actively explore the development path of independent innovation with Chinese characteristic.The innovation of this paper is to measure and evaluate the innovation ability of the demonstration area,make the corresponding development path according to the level of innovation ability and set up the path characteristics to form the development path map.The research of this paper has a certain application value for the development planning of various high-tech industrial parks.It can grasp the trend according to the path planning,seize the opportunity,concentrate the strength,focus on the breakthrough,and unswervingly take the Chinese innovation task.
