With the rapid development of China's market economy,the real estate industry has become one of the main forces driving our economic development.Due to the characteristics of the real estate industry,financing decisions are very important to real estate enterprises.Although China's real estate enterprises have formed a variety of financing models,there are still many unoptimistic financing risks.These potential risks may hinder the development of real estate projects and thus adversely affect our economic development.In this paper,to follow questions,analyze and solve problems as the main line,in the form of case study,analysis the problems and coping strategies of real estate enterprise financing risk,and innovation in the revised Z-score model used in the case of real estate enterprise Poly.In general,this paper establishes a risk assessment system applicable to the real estate industry,and the research method of risk is based on the risk identification and risk assessment,from the whole industry to the enterprise case.On the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign scholars on the research results of risk,the author puts forward a preliminary risk identification on the financing of real estate industry from the perspective of industry.In order to further quantitatively analyze the model framework and theoretical research of the predecessors,and modify the critical value of the model,a z-score model risk evaluation system suitable for the real estate industry is established.In case the analysis phase,according to the front from the thinking of risk identification and risk evaluation,risk identification was carried out on the case first,then Poly test data generation into the model of real estate enterprises,analyzed its causes as a result,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.Combining with the current social hot spot,the key step of the development of real estate enterprises,financing link risk research,selected the Z model to evaluate Poly real estate enterprise financing risk,get rid of the stay on the risk identification phase of rhetoric and makes the optimization measures are put forward more reasonable science,and expect to be able to case the optimization measures of promotion to the whole industry.
