Research And Countermeasures On The Problem Of NRW Of Water Supply Company In W City

The Non Revenue Water(NRW)has always been an important indicator to measure the management level of the water supply company.The difference between production and marketing is known as "the percentage of unmeasured water".It refers to the difference between the total amount of tap water transported to the urban pipe network system and the total amount of water consumed by all users,which is defined as the difference between production and marketing.The NRW relationship of water processing,water supply department management,sales and service of a series of links.In order to improve the management level of water supply companies in W City,this paper studies the problems of the Non Revenue Water,and based on this,discusses how to improve the departments closely related to the NRW.This article starts from the field visits of the enterprises,through specific cases and visits,to find out the problems existing in various departments and the reasons for the formation of the problems.The main departments involved are pipelines,sales offices,leakage control stations and pumping stations.Through in-depth investigations and interviews with the above departments,this paper analyzes existing problems.Based on this,it proposes a set of recommendations and countermeasures in three aspects:the management level of the company,the specific ability of each department to enhance work,and resource management.Focused on solving the specific project of the W city's water supply company's poor production and sales,in order to be able to provide reference and reference for the W city water supply company to solve the problem of NRW difference in the near future.
