While GX State Farms is expanding overseas,it also needs to pay attention to cultural conflicts and conflicts caused by cultural differences.For this reason,GX State Farms should pay attention to strengthening cross-cultural management capabilities of business managers,promoting cultural integration,and avoiding cultural conflicts.The negative impact.This article takes the cross-cultural management practices of the GX State Farms in the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone and the State Farms Vietnam Quren Project as examples to address the communication barriers,brain drain,and the working hours of the GX State Farms in transnational operations.Due to differences in definitions,differences in working habits between Chinese and foreign parties,and lack of compound talents,based on the practical foundation and related theoretical research of GX State Farms's cross-cultural management,relevant countermeasures for cross-cultural management of GX State Farms are proposed.First of all,it analyzes the research background,significance,content,ideas,methods and innovations of the cross-cultural management of the GX State Farms;secondly,it first analyzes the current culture between China and Indonesia,China and Vietnam from different aspects through comparative analysis.The relationship laid the foundation for the cross-cultural management of the GX State Farms,and then reviewed the domestic and foreign literature review of cross-cultural management as a theoretical basis for cross-cultural management of the GX State Farms;again,it first introduced the GX State Farms and its enterprises.The status quo of culture and cross-cultural management,and then taking the China-Indonesia Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone and the GX State Farms Vietnam Project as examples to analyze the status quo,problems and causes of the cross-cultural management of the GX State Farms in the process of transnational operations;Fourth,through case studies The Law studied the cross-cultural management practices of two major state-owned enterprises,COFCO and Guangxi Liugong Group Co.,Ltd,through the analysis of the cross-cultural management problems they encountered and the measures taken to provide experience for the GX State Farms;finally,through the above research The problems in the cross-cultural management of GX State Farms,combined with the experience of two major state-owned enterprises in China The foundation put forward the attitude of implementing cross-cultural teams and cross-cultural human resources management in the correct treatment of cultural differences,enhancing the cross-cultural communication skills of middle and senior managers,cross-cultural staff appointments,cross-cultural training,cross-cultural performance assessment The measures of the salary incentive system are used to resolve cultural conflicts.
