Since we followed the policy of reform and opening in the 1980 s, and because of the government benefits, many foreign companies have been invested to China. Because of the dramatic development of the economic globalization, the foreign companies extended their business very quickly. Many graduated students are willing to join the foreign comanpy. Western management style caused some challenges and problems in the business of China, cross-cultural management communication is one of the most significant problems. The thesis below will focus on the topic of cross-cultural management, the writer analyzed the reasons of the problem, and advise the solutions such as narrow the gap of cross culture communication management, establish effective management system, build better communication circumstances to solve the existing challenges and problems of the cross cultural management communication.Based on the background above, this article elaborates on the challenges of cross-culture communication in the foreign company, and takes Customer Service Department of Asia Pacific region in OMD as an example, analyzed the cross-culture communication gap in four cases which are from a senior foreigner manager, two Chinese sales managers and a team member, and the issues they're facing in their daily work.In terms of the analysis, the article has presented several solutions for the case study of the Customer Service Department of Asia Pacific region in OMD from possible view to solve the problem of cross-cultural management communication. Investigated the reason of the cross-cultural communication in the Customer Service Department of Asia Pacific region in OMD, and gave advice and solutions on it. The writher refers to the theories that she had learned from MBA courses which are management communication, Human resource management, Organizational Behavior management. By the typical cases of Asia Pacific region in OMD, give some solutions of cross-cultural training, to minimize the communication gap between western culture and eastern culture, to establish a cross cultural management system, to improve the efficiency of cross- cultural communication, hasten the process of business negotiation. To ensure the efficient operation of the company.
