Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Flower Professional Cooperative In Qingzhou

As a new mode of production management,Farners' professional cooperatives are an effective means to achieve the rural household contract responsibility system "second leap".Farmers' professional cooperatives not only have important significance to break the current agricultural development bottleneck and enriching village,but also an important way of rural well-off society.Qingzhou is a famous area for flowers and trees.The flower industry has become one of the pillar industries in Qingzhou.In recent years,flower industry in Qingzhou gradually develops to the cooperation,scale trend.Farmers' professional cooperatives develop rapidly,but it is still in the primary stage,the operation situation isn't optimistic.There are problems such as small scale,nonstandard operation,the shortage of development funds,affecting the development of Qingzhou flower industry.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problem of flower professional cooperatives in Qingzhou,so as to promote the industrialization and moderm development of flowers in Qingzhou.In this paper,using literature research method,eomparative analysis method,interview survey method and other research methods,Bases on theoretical research at home and abroad and combined with the reality of the development of flower cooperatives in Qingzhou City,the paper analyzes the status of flower cooperatives and the existing problems in Qingzhou.Through the experience and Enlightenment of the development of farmer cooperatives abroad,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the healthy and efficient development of flower cooperatives in Qingzhou city.
