The implementation of the " two-child policy ",made the women of reproductive age in the workplace from psychological to behavior change.Many professional women will most likely happen two reproductive behavior,which means they may expect more energy into the family of parenting,which generate higher family involved in expectation,and the limited time and fine and make them hard to balance work and family roles,at this point,they will be a higher level,to experience the work family conflict,the conflict will ultimately lead to their work to make a series of withdrawal behavior.In this paper,through literature review,the building model,theoretical assumptions,and validate assumptions discussed procession of " two-child policy " impact on career women work behavior path,and puts forward some Suggestions on the basis of the countermeasures,in order to unit of choose and employ persons to deal with " two-child policy " under the professional women's work behavior.Chapter one is the introduction part,this part includes the research background,the research purpose and the research significance,after collating and reading a lot of materials,comb out the research idea according to own viewpoint,determined the research method,finally explained the innovation of the research.The second chapter is the literature review part,this chapter is the family involvement expectations and work retreat behavior related to the relevant domestic and foreign research to summarize,and the research on the relationship between the theoretical and empirical aspects of the detailed analysis.The third chapter is the research model and research hypothesis,this part is the key chapter of this article,first of all to family involved in expectations,home-work conflict,mental toughness and withdrawal behavior did define four variables,secondly,the article expounds the theory basis,the model of this study and on the basis of theory to build the research model,finally puts forward the hypothesis of this study.The fourth chapter is the research design,including variable in this study measuring tool,research object and data collection methods,and family involved in expected revision of the questionnaire.The fifth chapter is data analysis and the results discussed,including data analysis,descriptive statistics,letter validity analysis,correlation analysis,regressionanalysis,hypothesis test and hypothesis testing results.The sixth chapter is conclusion and suggestion,including the conclusion from the text,practical implications and limitations and prospect.On the basis of theoretical deduction,this paper verifies the hypothesis of this study through empirical tests,and finally concludes that the family involvement expectation of working women will affect their work withdrawal behavior.The family-work conflict acts as a part of the intermediary between the family's involvement in expectations and the withdrawal from work,while psychological resilience acts as an intermediary for the reconciliation of the family-work conflict.At the same time,this paper puts forward several suggestions for the enterprises:(1)to implement more flexible and Humanized management,to reduce the family involvement of working women in the expectation and work family conflict;(2)Strengthening mental health management and strengthening the psychological resilience of working women;(3)Create a good professional atmosphere and reduce the work withdrawal behavior of working women.
