In the increasingly competitive market environment,the focus of competition of enterprises is not only limited to competitors' competition for market share,but also the strength of internal management ability.Nowadays,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to enterprise performance management.Performance management has become an important means for enterprises to stimulate employees' potential and enhance their performance,and has been favored and paid attention by many enterprises.Enterprises to establish perfect performance management to enhance the management level of enterprises,help enterprises to achieve development goals and strategy,and work enthusiasm for enterprises to stimulate the internal staff,and to improve the efficiency of the staff,for the enterprise human resources management to carry out the work of laying the foundation.However,how to establish an effective performance management has been a major problem plagued enterprises,although many enterprises established a performance management system,the performance management work,but the effect is not ideal.In recent years,under the influence of foreign food and beverage habits,China's potato processing industry has achieved rapid development,potato processing enterprises face the opportunities and challenges of the development of the present situation,the potato processing enterprise management system put forward higher requirements.The establishment of an effective performance management has become an important way for potato processing enterprises to seize the opportunities for development,and also become the key to the sustainable development of potato enterprises.Based on the analysis of M company's performance management status,and analyzes the existing performance management problems of M company,mainly in the performance plan design is not reasonable,performance implementation is not in place,the performance appraisal fair,performance feedback form and problems such as improper use of the assessment results.It focuses on the optimization of the performance management of M Corporation,M company should start from the process of performance management,optimize the company performance planning,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback and performance results application and improve the construction of supportingfacilities of performance management.Taking M company as a case study,this paper discusses the problems related to performance management of M company,aiming to provide some suggestions for M company and the potato processing company with similar performance management problems to optimize the performance management.
