Study On The Quality Assessment And Improvement Path Of College Students' Entrepreneurship

Through the revision of the stakeholder theory,we construct the theoretical basis and analysis framework of the entrepreneurial quality of the college student.Then measure the degree of satisfaction of the four stakeholders of the entrepreneurial quality of the college student,such as the individual and team,employees,customers and government.And construct the evaluation index system of the college student entrepreneurial quality,which is divided into four dimensions: survival and growth,innovation,internal benefit and external benefit,and let the substitution of subjective perception index in.The factors that affect the entrepreneurial quality of the college student are individual and regional,and contrast them.It is conclude that that individual factors are obviously relate to the entrepreneurial quality of the college student,such as character,academic degree,family income.And the religional factors too,such as the level of regional economic development and the positive policy of government.By introducing the model in the multilayer analysis,we have found that the individual factors are more important than the regional factors,and the individual factors accounts for 61%.Among them,three factors have not been verified,such as gender,the profession and regional education level.Finally based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial quality of the college student.We put forward some measures mainly from the macro and micro aspects to improve the entrepreneurial quality of the college student.Macro including the improve and implement government policy,as well as balanced regional investment;At the micro level,including the universitie and the entrepreneurial team,universities should not only pay attention to the cultivation of entrepreneurship and innovation spirit of college students,but also focus on the school-enterprise cooperation,school bank cooperation,building the Internet credit systemof the college students.And motivate the participation of the tutor team.Individuals should pay attention to the improvement of the entrepreneurial skills andcultivation of the entrepreneurial qualities.And improve the satisfaction of employee and customers,and also the quality of entrepreneurship.
