With the China the deepening of reform and opening up, a large number of foreign enterprises come into China, and take root in the fertile soil of the China. But with the increasing number of the foreign enterprises, contradictions caused by collision of different cultures are constantly upgrade, expand, which Chinese and Japanese enterprise culture conflict is the most significant. Therefore, through the analysis of malignant cases in recent years in the Japanese enterprises which operate in China,caused by the cultural conflict, came out in the various types of cultural conflict for the Japanese enterprises which operate in China. And then analsis the fundamental reason which from the religious belief, the idea of hierarchy, mutual cultural understanding and tolerance, men and women’s social status and other aspects of in-depth analysis of the understanding of the cultural conflict produce. Finally, according to cultural exploration, cultural collision, cultural integration, cultural innovation four stages, in order to solve the cultural conflict for the Japanese enterprises which operate in China, the author put forward related countermeasures. The author thinks that only to understand the dynamic changes of cultural conflict, and to take corresponding measures for cross culture management in different stages, in order to "an antidote against the disease", the elimination of cultural conflict, and help the enterprise to operate the successful implementation of transnational business.
