The New Four Modernizations In China Based On Fractal Model Comprehensive Evaluation And Coordination Analysis

In the nineteen major reports of the party,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should "promote the synchronous development of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization".Taking the road of "four modernizations" is the inevitable requirement of building a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.To promote the synchronous development of the "Tour modernizations",we must firmly grasp the new characteristics of the new era of industrialization,information,urbanization and agricultural modernization,and find out the focus of the synchronous development of the "four modernizations".The coordinated development of "four modernizations" and "four modernizations coordinated" is a major issue for China's social development in the future.It is also the only way for China's urban development.At present,the level of "new four modernizations" in the provinces and autonomous regions of our country is not consistent.In order to measure the level of "new four modernizations" and promote the simultaneous development of four modernizations,it is necessary to have an accurate evaluation on the level of "new four modernizations"in China.In this paper,31 provinces and autonomous regions are taken as the research object.On the basis of sorting out the new four chemicals,fractal theory and coordination research literature at home and abroad,the comprehensive evaluation index system of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization is first constructed.The index system includes 4 first grade indexes and 16 two grade indexes.And 48 basic evaluation indexes;secondly,it improves the box dimension commonly used in fractal evaluation,takes the size of data information as weight into consideration,and then uses the R language tool to score the four grades of the four provinces and autonomous regions in 31 provinces and municipalities in China by using the R language tool.Finally,the combined evaluation is used to get the total water on the basis of the water leveling.The score of coupling was obtained by coupling degree model,and the corresponding conclusions were obtained through coordination analysis.In this paper,31 provinces and autonomous regions are taken as the research object.On the basis of sorting out the literature on the new four chemical and fractal theory at home and abroad,the comprehensive evaluation index system of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization is first constructed.Secondly,the box dimension commonly used in fractal evaluation is improved,and the amount of data information is measured.The size is considered as the weight;then the improved box dimension is used to score the four level of 31 provinces and municipalities in China by using the R language tool.Finally,the overall level score is obtained by the combination evaluation on the basis of the sub level,and the coupling co scheduling score is obtained by the coupling degree model,and the coordination analysis is carried out to get the phase.It should be concluded.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)a review of the evaluation index system,the comprehensive evaluation method and the fractal theory of the new industrialization,informatization,urbanization,agricultural modernization level at home and abroad,the existing research results and the direction of further research are reviewed.The conference report outlines the basic concepts and characteristics of new industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.(2)according to the basic principles of the concept and characteristics of "new four modernizations" and the construction of the evaluation index system,a representative index system for the evaluation of the "new four modernizations" level in China is constructed.The index system includes 4 first level indicators:new industrialization,informatization,urbanization,agricultural modernization,16 two level indicators and 48 basic evaluation indicators.(3)based on the fractal theory,the evaluation model of fractal theory based on the improved box counting dimension is constructed,and the new industrialization level,the informatization level,the urbanization level and the agricultural modernization level of the provinces and autonomous regions of China in 2016 are evaluated respectively.(4)using the entropy weight method and the combination empowerment method of CRITIC method to score the "new four chemical" general level,and use the coupling model to score the "new four chemical" coupling degree in China,study and analyze the coordination of "new four chemicals" on the two dimensions of the total level and coupling degree,and draw a conclusion that the coordination degree water in the coastal provinces and cities of the east of China is concluded.It is better in the middle and North China and Northeast China.
