Study On Measurement And Evaluation Of The Transfer Capacity Of Regional Logistics Node

With the development of regional economy,regional economy networks and logistics networks formed on a large scale.but regional logistics network is still in the primary stage of development,in which the logistics positioning of each city in the regional logistics network system can't be clear and the relevant basic theoretical research is still relatively weak.In the future development and practice of regional logistics,without the guidance and support of the relevant theoretical foundation,the development of regional logistics will be full of difficulty and hindrance.Therefore,the paper takes regional logistics network as the research scope and takes the regional logistics node as the research object to study whether a city node can be the regional logistics hub or has the potential to become the regional logistics hub.Through the identification of regional logistics hub,it's hoped that the research result can provide a reasonable reference for the logistics positioning of each city in the regional logistics network,which will promote the development of regional logistics network.This paper puts forward that the strength of transfer ability of regional logistics node is the sufficient condition to judge the regional logistics hub.Then,the concepts of"transfer supply capacity" and "transfer demand coefficient" are put forward innovatively,which can be the indexes in judging the strength of transfer capacity.On this basis,this paper measures the transfer supply capacity and transfer demand coefficient.In the measure of transfer supply capacity,the paper mainly adopts the principal component analysis method and the grey relational analysis method to evaluate the transfer supply capacity.In the measure of transfer demand coefficient,the paper establishes the transfer demand coefficient evaluation model and constructs the data standardization method of "max-average-min" to measure the transfer demand coefficient.After that,"the axes analysis method" and "trajectory analysis method" are raised to analyze the strength of transfer capacity of the regional logistics node from the static and dynamic views,which finally get the conclusion of the research problem.Finally,the empirical study takes Nanning,Kunming,Guangzhou and Zhanjiang as the study objects to research whether these four cities can be the regional logistics hub or has the potential to become a regional logistics hub toward ASEAN economic circle.With the case study,the method this paper puts forward is proved rational and practical.
