A Practical Study On The Model Of Border Trade Poverty Alleviation In Pingxiang City,Guangxi Province

Pingxiang belongs to the border area of Guangxi.It is also a minority settlement area and old revolutionary base area.Its historical and geographical conditions are complex.Although there have been some achievements in tackling poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation,there are still 10 poverty-stricken counties,most of which are still below the poverty line.The task of achieving a well-off society is imminent.How to make good use of the border characteristics to achieve the poverty alleviation of the border groups has become a major problem.In recent years,with the establishment of the Haun border trade professional cooperative,Pingxiang has developed the mode of poverty alleviation through the frontier trade.However,the emergence of this new mode lacks systematic theoretical and practical research,so there are still some shortcomings in achieving success.Through the field investigation,the author combs and explores the poverty situation in this area,clarifies the appropriateness of the poverty alleviation mode in Pingxiang,analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,and summarizes the experience,which is of positive significance to the realization of a comprehensive well-off society in the border areas and the poverty alleviation and the prosperity of the border people.Based on the theory of human capital and the theory of practical ability,this paper uses the concept of governance theory to analyze the causes of poverty in Pingxiang and the shortcomings of the mode of poverty alleviation in the border trade,and tries to put forward some suggestions to promote the poverty alleviation mode of border trade.The main contents of this paper can be roughly divided into the following aspects.First,to understand the status of poverty in Pingxiang,respectively from the situation of poor village,the incidence of poverty rate and the living conditions of the border people three aspects to describe,and then from the history,geography,nature and other conditions to analyze the causes of poverty in Pingxiang border people.Second,a detailed definition of the concept of border trade poverty alleviation mode is carried out,and the suitability of the border trade poverty alleviation model in Pingxiang's poverty alleviation is analyzed,and the possibility analysis is carried out from three aspects of geography,policy and history,and then the necessity analysis is made from three aspects of reality,policy and national guarantee.The analysis shows that,from the point of view of policy,historical,geographical and practical needs,the emergence of the border trade poverty alleviation model is inevitable,which is suitable for border areas in the poverty alleviation.Third,the practical situation of the border trade poverty alleviation model in Pingxiang was investigated,and the development process of the border trade poverty alleviation model in Pingxiang was combed,and the effective results and shortcomings of the implementation after several years were carried out.Finally,according to the identified problems,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the border trade poverty alleviation mode,hoping to provide references for the border area's poverty relief.
