Research On The Rural Poverty Alleviation Practice In China Since The 18th National Congress

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to targeted poverty alleviation,which has become an important guarantee for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Taking S Village,Baisha Town,Xiaochang County,Hubei Province as the research object,this paper focuses on the targeted poverty alleviation work in S Village,Xiaochang County through literature research,questionnaire survey and field investigation.The paper is divided into six parts.The introduction puts forward the reason of the topic selection and its theoretical significance and practical value.The second part mainly introduces the general situation of China's targeted poverty alleviation work since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The third part mainly introduces the targeted poverty alleviation work in S village;The fourth part analyzes the effectiveness of the targeted poverty alleviation work in S village.The fifth part analyzes the problems and causes of the targeted poverty alleviation work in S village.The sixth part is the countermeasure analysis on rural poverty alleviation work accurately,from poor change ideas to improve the precision management mechanism for poverty alleviation,broaden the channels of funding for poverty alleviation,increasing the service efficiency of funds,to build high quality industry,to create industry new model for poverty alleviation,vigorously promote infrastructure level,strengthen the basic public service ability,give full play to the security system in the precision of poverty alleviation work out function of six aspects put forward countermeasures,so that accurate poverty alleviation work can better implement,implement up a poor rich.
