With the continuous development of market economy and power system reform,the development and utilization of human resources plays a more and more important role in the thermal power plant.Performance appraisal is an important tool for improving the enterprise management is becoming more and more important.The HNZH power plant in Binzhou area is an important position of thermal power enterprise,its management system has many problems,especially the existing performance appraisal method is relatively backward,relatively old performance appraisal system,the index set is not very scientific,not an effective incentive and restraint behavior of employees.In this paper,HNZH power plant is taken as the research object.Through literature research,investigation and balanced scorecard and other methods,this paper comprehensively analyzes the existing problems of the current performance evaluation index system,and then optimizes the design of its assessment system,and then fully improves the initiative of the work of the power plant staff,and better discover its work potential.Realize the strategic planning of the enterprise.First,through literature review,we review the literature review of performance appraisal theory at home and abroad,find and clarify the theoretical basis and train of thought for research.There is an objective and deep understanding of the theory of performance assessment.Especially,we have an in-depth understanding of the Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators.Then,the performance assessment of HNZH power plant is investigated and studied in the field.The material,including the main situation and the performance assessment of the HNZH power plant,is collected in a planned and systematic way,including the main situation and performance assessment of the enterprise,and on this basis,the questions are analyzed.Thirdly,on the basis of the previous research,the optimization design scheme of the performance assessment of HNZH power plant is proposed.The basic plan is to determine the objectives and principles of the optimization first,then establish the performance appraisal committee,optimize the performance evaluation index system,strengthen communication and guidance,and strengthen the application of the results.Finally,in terms of performance appraisal idea,corporate culture,personnel training and organizational structure,a guarantee system of HNZH power plant performance evaluation is proposed.Through the study of this paper,it can provide a solid foundation for the HNZH power plant to enhance staff enthusiasm and help enterprises further develop.It can also provide some reference value for the performance evaluation of other power generation enterprises in the region.
