The financial industry plays an important role in China's economic development.The stable development of the financial industry is the premise of the stable development of the national economy.As a representative enterprise of financial industry,commercial banks have an important influence on the stable development of national economy.How to ensure the stable development in the fierce competition,at the same time,to improve the efficiency of commercial banks,is the focus of attention of commercial bank managers and scholars.The work performance of employees directly affects the efficiency of commercial banks,is the key to the commercial banks can stand out in the fierce competition environment.Therefore,this article takes the commercial bank staff as the research object,carries on the analysis research to its staff satisfaction present situation,and explores the relationship between its and the staff's work performance,aims to promote the staff's work performance from the aspect of changing the staff satisfaction.In this paper,209 employees in Langfang city were investigated.Through the analysis of the survey results,we find that some employees are satisfied with their current work,while most employees are not dissatisfied with their current work.At the same time,the job performance of most department staff is in the " medium" level,there is some room for improvement.The author studies the relationship between employee satisfaction and job performance,and draws a conclusion that employee satisfaction has a certain positive impact on job performance.In addition,the author believes that the personal characteristics of employees will have a certain impact on employee satisfaction and job performance.therefore,this paper analyzes the impact of personal characteristics of employees: gender,age,education level on employee satisfaction and job performance,and concludes that the personal characteristics of employees have a certain impact on employee satisfaction and job performance.Finally,according to the conclusions of this study,put forward relevant opinions for the managers of commercial banks,mainly including two aspects: one is to improve employee satisfaction to promote employee performance,the other is to carry out differentiated management for different characteristics of employees.
