A Study On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Marxist Theory Of Social Capital Reproduction

Equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic industry that determines the level of economic development and industrial competitiveness of a country and a region.It also has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive strength of the economy.A powerful equipment manufacturing industry is a reliable guarantee for the overall realization of modernization.The transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry in the new era is not only the objective requirement of the new normal economic development,but also the fundamental guarantee to achieve the strategic goal of becoming a strong country with manufacturing power.Liaoning is a major industrial province in China,and the equipment manufacturing industry is one of the pillar industries.The transformation and upgrading of Liaoning's equipment manufacturing industry,on the one hand,has a relatively solid foundation,but also faces severe challenges.In the crucial period of the formation of a new pattern of development of the national equipment manufacturing industry,Liaoning needs to give full play to its own advantages and seize the opportunity.Speeding up the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry,realizing the breakthrough development of the equipment manufacturing industry,and completing the qualitative upgrading from "big" to "strong" and really becoming a new force in promoting the realization of the strategic goal of "Made in China 2025".This paper takes Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry as the research object,guided by Marx's theory of social capital reproduction,on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the basic status of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry's transformation and upgrading.This paper also summarizes the main problems existing in the transformation and upgrading of Liaoning's equipment manufacturing industry,and puts forward concrete countermeasures with feasibility and practical significance on the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasons.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part defines the connotation of the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,clarifies the goal and the way of realization,explains Marxist theory of social capital reproduction and the guiding significance to the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.In the second part,by the review of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry development process,analyzes and summarizes the realistic basis of the Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading,and emphasizes the need to accelerate Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading.The third part teases out and summarizes the main problems in the transformation and upgrading of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry,including the large proportion of low-end products in the value chain,the low degree of industrial cluster,the low degree of openness and the lack of enterprise vitality.The reasons are analyzed,including independent innovation ability,system of industrial division of labor,foreign cooperation and institutional mechanism.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,including improving the independent innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry,establishing industrial clusters for the development of equipment manufacturing industry,promoting the globalization of equipment manufacturing,creating an institutional environment conducive to the development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
